I'm very generous giving you one star (wanted to give a half star). The doctor was NOT friendly, lacked any sort of empathy, and was cold. He didn't even examine my face or my condition. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. He just assumed I had rosacea. I was shocked by his careless attitude towards me. The doctor shared a lot of information with me, explained everything that had to do with my multiple conditions. And, moreover, my conditions have resolved thanks to him, and now he has me on the road to long-term healthy skin. I truly feel I will no longer be battling with these pop up issues.

I was going to overlook this doctor's horrible bedside manner (condescending, cold, unfriendly, curt, unhelpful) to get my annual skin check, but he has rescheduled my follow up appointment twice now (which I booked a year in advance) and now the earliest they are able to reschedule me is in JULY of 2024, which is nine months from now. I let them know they've lost a client but they don't seem to care.

Never before have I interacted with a less helpful doctor / dermatologist. It was a complete waste of time to come here. I highly recommend you go anywhere else, especially considering Dr. Gutierrez isn’t equipped to perform a vast majority of typical dermatological services. He was very dismissive and only seemed to care about money and how much he could get from the insurance company to evaluate if patient care was worth his while. I’m not making this up. This is legit what he said to me. What a joke of a doctor.
