My wife and I had a great experience with Miguel and his team. He was able to listen to our needs and show us what we requested. He was very patient and attentive and very responsive. We were able to purchase a couple of property and the whole process was very smooth even though we are not local to the area. We highly recommend Miguel and his team. They are very knowledgeable and professional.
In 2019 we bought with Miguel. Before this point we had bought and sold twice. Since this point we have bought and sold twice more. Miguel was the worst realtor we have ever worked with. He lied throughout the process and represented his own interests and not ours as buyers. We were told that the buyers were ok with us doing a rent back. Turns out we couldn’t and had to stay in a hotel because we were notified a day before (coming from out of state). He would get snippy with us and spoke to us disrespectfully many times. Miguel Hernandez has been a Godsend for us. He managed our property with no hassles. We never had to get that late night or weekend phone call from the tenants, because he took care of everything. When it was time to sell, he got us 30k over asking and closed escrow in 2 weeks. I highly recommend Miguel for anyone who has income property in the area.
