Unfortunately, the Doctor is very good but the secretary at the Coit location makes the experience so terrible. My dad received a knee implant and Dr. Hernandez did a great job. My mom gets injections in her knee, and again, he does a wonderful job. However, every time they go to the doctor, they inevitably have a terrible experience with the older Hispanic secretary. I have attempted to receive a medical clearance for a mutual patient for 8 months now. I sent a medical clearance in March 2024 and to this day NOVEMBER 2024, I have YET to receive anything. I keep having to follow up and yet NO response or update. It is very unprofessional.
Twice Dr Hernandez and staff have dropped the ball on helping me get knee injections through my insurance. I do the leg work and my phone calls aren't returned. I guess this is how they treat people on Medicaid.
