No, they never postpone my appointment Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible

Great dentist and service. I will be going back. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule; the front office staff is very friendly. I always get the appointment time I want. Their office was very quiet and calm. I was able to relax very easily.

Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? A couple, but not very many Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

Dr. Arias and the dental hygenists provide excellent service. However, the office secretary has not provided me the same level of service. She was to get a preapproval from my dental insurance for a crown on 03 March 2011. She did not get the preapproval and the first time she requested the approval was on 04 April 2011 and was denied by my insurance provider. Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Absolutely! I'm very confident they have my best interest in mind

Yes Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Is this provider's business conveniently located? They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. It was honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever been in.

Dr Arias is the best dentist that my family has had in years. Elizabeth is wonderful, always helpful and empathetic to you and your pains. We have been with this dentist for 8-9 years. The staff that he has is one of the best. I just do not have the words to say how wonderful this dental office is as a whole.
