My go to nail bar very conveniently located on PCH in Riviera Village. They have great technicians and a huge selections of colors and options There is lots of free parking in the lot behind the store. The interior is nice and bright which fits well being near the beach and being filled with beautiful natural light. Overall this is my favorite nail salon in Redondo and is a great tranquil spot to get beautiful nails and do some well deserved self care.
This salon lacks integrity. They operate as if they are fueled by greed instead of providing great SERVICES per CUSTOMER request. There are other salons in town that are friendly, do great work, and you will feel good about spending your hard earned money instead of feeling scammed. I do not recommend.
The technicians did a good job … sometimes I wish I, too, spoke Vietnamese. I had a ‘Mignonne’ gift card which the ‘manager’ would Not accept!!! He said “ownership: changed” He didn’t offer any compromise. I had to use my charge card so technicians would get paid. Then I was charged extra for using a charge card. Needless to say I will NOT return.
I love my nails, they are clean and pretty, and I like the salon, looks fancier than other nail salons inside. However, the people who work there don’t give a welcoming vibe. They are short, dry and don’t smile at all. No engagement or even eye contact. Maybe this is the norm, how all nail salons are like or maybe it’s my luck. If it’s the norm then they deserve 5 stars instead of 4.
