I live in a community and my HOA used this company to cut back the trees. They have the equipment and capabilities of getting the work done (tall trees, unreachable branches, etc) but the attitude of their landscapers were disrespectful and dismissive. In response to your response — nobody rinsed off any vehicles. They didn’t do their best. We have it on camera. They continued to block our driveway after calling three times. We are all dealing with hurricane prep. The trees should have been trimmed & put into grinder in front of the neighbors house, no our house. Because you did this, now one of the cars has tree sap on it which will NOT come off. The detailing person said trying to remove it will remove the paint from the vehicle. Stop blocking our driveway and shredding trees in front of our driveway. We did not hire you, the neighbor did. We have called four times this morning asking you to move and you keep moving back to blocking our driveway. You make a mess on our vehicles and it is not the first time which is why I’m finally posting. Very inconsiderate.
