Was turned away because of a "large" oil spot on my truck. I honestly left really worried and then I saw it...what a joke.
RecommendedCar wash is great but the vacuums are not good at all! When they first open they worked amazing but now they are not maintained and isn’t that part of the price ☹️
Anyone know where I can contact the owner or anyone of high authority than the “Manager” I was until today a package customer. I was turned away for some mud on the wheel wells. This wasn’t an excessive amount. They allowed me to sit in line for a while after someone already scanned me in before someone else came out and said I needed to leave. Then made me wait to get my cancellation because they were busy trying to explain that they were to busy for a dirt truck.
Just had my heart drop today when I noticed my brand new car scratched near the front driver side fender. Only had my 2018 Toyota 4Runner for a week and it was scratched probably from the brush they used and how hard they would slam it on the car. I was skeptical of even taking my car there in the first place because I know how horrible they are, they never leave a car clean or dry. For the past week Tornado Car wash has been way too busy and way too slow. When the line extends clear out to NavaJoe Harvey boulevard, that means they’re operating way too slow. The only time they get folks through there with any amount of efficiency is when the boss shows up. I’ve seen it hundreds of times. The kids who work there are super nice but that place is just way too slow for me. I’ve spent an hour in that line before. I’ve got much better things to do with my life than wait in a car wash line
