RecommendedI have a monthly membership here, and have always loved all the workers for caring about their customers but today they went above and beyond I went through for my normal car wash after work and while sitting there my truck died and it would start but wouldn’t stay on once you took it out of park. One of the managers came out and pushed me out of the line and even tried to help figure out what was wrong with my truck. Your brushes are still not working properly. The will not drop down and scrub the bed covers this has been an issue since your remodeled. I gave it some time due to re opening issues And even talk to the manager and owner. If the brushes aren’t going to work at least instruct the attendants to scrub the bed cover when that are prepping the truck to go through the wash. Any help would be good
I usually get good service here, but today it was pitiful. One of the guys working inside couldn’t stay off of his phone long enough to do his job. I paid extra for the mud on my truck, they did an alright job, but the drying off was a waste of time. Then to top it off, the vacuum wouldn’t even suck hard enough to remove dirt from plastic floor mats. Prices went up, that’s ok. The service should follow suit. Awful service! Expecting a tip for smearing water over my windows and windshield? PLUS...your inside tracks mess up my rims and overhead racks. Not again... 😤😡😠
Normally, I don’t leave reviews. After my experience today though, I decided to leave one. I’ve been going to ZK for a wash since it’s been open. I know everything cannot be prevented, but what happened today definitely could have been. A ratchet strap was left in the back of someone’s truck and got caught in the buff/shine part of the wash and scratched my car up. Thank you though to Tiffany for taking the damage report. Now, I can only hope this matter is taken care of fairly quick.
Spent the $20 to surprise my dad with a nice, clean car. Left with it still so dirty I had to go home and rewash it myself by hand.
Rude. Terrible customer service. Rudest service in Hobbs, and that's saying something.
Truck was filthy after road trip and now it's clean
When it first opened it was great! Now they have gotten so popular and busy they run vehicles through so fast your car/truck does not get cleaned. I understand more cars/trucks a day more money but when the quality of the wash goes from 10 to a 5 isn’t worth paying $20 just for a wash ain’t worth it to me. If your that busy put in a second Tornado wash! Don’t rush customers through so quickly the wash can’t clean
