Absolute worst staff. This store needs help.
Should never place an order. Wait 5 to 10 minutes. Then when you check you are missing an item that you are them told it will take another 5 minutes to make it because they never did. But in reality it was another 8 to 10 minutes standing there.
3-21-26 7:30pm waited to get service after seeking help for a door dash for 15mins just to be yelled at about the kiosk ?? Terrible crew
The food is always good here. I miss having a location in Rochester to get tacos. But I make sure to stop each time I'm in Buffalo.
