I have to admit I was pleasantly impressed with my overall experience with this company recently. Not only did my plumber do an amazing job, I have to give a special mention to the customer service representative who I felt like I annoyed with all of my enquiries. She kept me updated all throughout my booking and even rescheduled when I had to make a last minute cancellation. Thank you for being so easy to deal with.
The plumber recently came over to fix a valve on the hot water system and did an excellent job. He was on time, professional and explained everything well before he started doing the job. He had great attention to detail and was very friendly. Highly recommend.
