I've been waiting three weeks for my tea to ship and when I last contacted them I was told there were delays in the warehouse. This is unacceptable, and what do they offer after I had contacted them? Free shipping for my next purchase. At this rate I should get my whole purchase that hasn't been delivered free just for the inconvenience. They are about to lose a customer that has been drinking their tea for years if this is not fixed ASAP.
