Excellent replacement of roof, careful to avoid damage to landscaping plants/lawn and to minimize debris around the house. Knowledgeable about attic ventilation and installation. Careful to remove nails and other debris after roofing complete. Prepared application for discount for home insurance and helped with insurance claim for roof damage including photos from drone. Easy to work with, congenial, honest, experienced and hard working. 10 of 10 performance!
Working with Bob from Mighty Dog is everything you expect from what customer service USED to be. Genuinely friendly, honest and upfront, and always willing to "figure out" anythign the customer needs. I have had Bob do inspections on a home for myself and do work for other clients and have always recieved phenomenal reviews from his interactions. Its a family owned business right here in The Woodlands and you cannot go wrong with Mighty Dog The Woodlands.
I highly recommend Bob Welch and Mighty Dog Roofing. Bob and his team came out to analyze leaks in my roof that had been made by a previous roofing company. While on the roof they discovered even more mistakes made by the former roofers and quickly went about repairing those too. Bob and his team are professional and very knowledgeable and worked above and beyond to resolve all of my roofing issues. Highly recommend!
