We've grown increasingly skittish over the last few years with regard to building contractors and other professional services, as they've been unreliable, unprofessional, or uncommunicative... or all three. Had someone(Jonathan)come out to check our roof, was told the estimate would be sent the afternoon of the roof inspection and that it would be the following Monday or Tuesday that they'd be out. Never received the email, no one reached out after no one came on the arranged days. Called the day after and was told by the office person that they'd look into it and reach back out. Never heard from them again. Found them through one of those home repair network vendors at a convention and wouldn't recommend them.
