I placed a phone order on August 30th with a S&H charge of $13.95 to KY. It took TWELVE DAYS to arrive. Are you kidding me? That's ridiculous. September 12th. COME ON.
Professional courteous customer service and high level of competence! Unlike other services they examined the pest properly identified it, and explained the best eradication method to use. While the other exterminator services only want to sell you a poison spray service, in my case, the exact wrong thing to do, Mighty Bug choose the right bait and explained how to use it perfectly. This place and Bob is the best!
