Kristen was great to work with. She understood the look I was after and made great suggestions to improve the end result. Shipping was fast and the products came in as expected.
Service provided and quality of materials.
The sales people that we worked with were understanding of our situation, and were willing to accomodate our schedule. Ray and Steve, the installers, did an excellent job of installing and only had one minor scuff mark on our fresh painted walls. The pricing was over $500 less than a similiar quote from a national dealer, and the quality of the carpet is just what we wanted. Thank you for a job well done.

If I could give this no stars, I would. When the tile came and was not the same color it looked like in the store, they tried to charge a 30% restocking fee. 30%?! What a joke! There was no customer support in trying to remedy the situation by offering something that would work. Terrible customer service and will make sure everyone that we talk to about our remodel will know to never come to this place. As someone who works in service, I would never treat a customer as poorly as they do.
Very professional designer, friendly & hard working installers; will work with Migala again in the future!
