I had a good experience at first, Ryan was really nice and seemed sincere. I test drove a traverse and it was exactly what I was looking for, and I told him that. It had a pull to the right and a wobble in the right tire, Ryan assured me that he would have it looked over and let me know what they found. I expressed a great deal of interest in the vehicle, and told him I had been looking for a while for that exact one.
