Dr. Amanda and Juli are so great! We moved from Chicago to Charlotte and the entire process of finding new doctors … and rebuilding relationships is challenging- Midwood Eye is my place! The office is so bright and modern, unique and beautiful frames, expert vision care- and oh so friendly and welcoming! 10000000% recommend !
First time ever going here and i just want to say the customer service is top tier they made me feel so welcome the offer coffee and tea and their all super sweet 🥰🥰🥰 100/10 would recommend 🥰
I can’t say enough good things about Midwood Eye! They helped me find not one, but two perfect pairs of glasses. They are super attentive and knowledgeable. Big shoutout to Juli— she sat with my indecisive self for a solid 30 minutes while I took photos and even FT my mom just to pick the right frames. She made the whole process fun and stress-free. Highly recommend going local, and Midwood Eye local.
All of my experiences at Midwood Eye have been absolutely amazing but there’s one thing about my experience that makes my visits perfect: their optician Juli. I have worked in service and retail and I know how hard it can be to have to be “on” for customers, smiling, offering advice and answering questions, etc. So the level of care and attention that I’ve always gotten from Juli has been refreshing. Every customer facing business needs a person like Juli.
