I have many concerns regarding Midwifery Associates. Richard's demeanor comes off as incredibly aggressive and agitated, I consider some of his language to be verbally abusive. As women, we find ourselves in very vulnerable positions, especially when dealing with something as intimate as prenatal care and childbirth. You need to be aware of this man and protect yourself and your baby by finding a different clinic. I WOULD RATE THIS PLACE A 0 STAR FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE RECEIPTIONIST HUNG UP ON ME AND THEN PUT MY CALL ON THE ANSWERING MACHINE. IF THIS IS THE FIRST IMPRESSION I CAN ONLY IMAGINE THE SERVICE.
