Reliable and Affordable Pest Control We inherited a termite protection plan when we purchased our house. The yearly fee is very reasonable compared to some of the other pest control companies. The inspectors that come each year have always seemed knowledgeable and thorough.
too expensive When we bought our first home it was under warranty with Midwestern. They offered us low rates to keep the warranty going, so we have continued to send them money. I recently tried to call and discuss the price with Midwestern, and a difficult time getting a hold of the ONE person I had to talk to. I called around and found many other businesses that had competitive prices or cheaper prices for a brand new customer. I was offended. I can't believe I wasted money with them for all of these years!
experienced pest control business I went with a friends recommendation and hired this company to do my pest control. They were very dependable and the worker explained everything that he was going to be doing. I was glad that I could not smell the pest spray and that it was organic in nature. I definitely recommend them too. PROS: experienced, friendly CONS: busiest in the spring
Very Happy Customer in Spanish Lake We just signed up with Midwestern. They came out, explained everything and were very professional. I have an old house (1942) which is sitting on a slab that is at least 18" thick through which they had to drill numerous holes to make it work. They did it with no problem. The other house on the property has a crawl space (I'm afraid down there!!!!!). They didn't bat an eyelash. We were very pleased and have signed up for their semi-annual inspection service. You will nto be sorry.
