As I mentioned to Dr. Mueller (of whom I am a fan), both "Shar" (I believe that's her name) and Crystal at the front desk are fantastic. They're both real gems and are great... Shar when I'm in the chair and Crystal, who is unerringly pleasant and professional every time I call. Thanks to all.
