Everyone is so darn happy and friendly, even if there is a billing question. They are willing to work with you. And, the plan they offer for those uninsured is fair and appreciated. They are so accommodating. They feel like family, maybe better. I feel good after I've been there.
My appointment was for a routine cleaning with x-rays. Tracy was very thorough and spent well over the allotted time to clean my teeth due to the accumulation of plaque in hard to reach places. In addition, Tracy repeatedly asked if I was doing OK and apologized for causing any discomfort. Tracy suggested things I might do to maintain good dental hygiene and explained possible future problems in a very professional manner.

My wife and I both love our general dentist (Dr. Kosak) I found out today that I am now double blessed and fortunate with the wonderful care I received from MY new periodontist (Dr. Anderson). Dr. K talked me into moving my care back to Knollwood when Dr. Anderson arrived and I am glad she did. I would be remiss if I did not mention Sky, Dr. Anderson's assistant was also great today.
