Solid reviews led us to Midwest Wraps, and after meeting with a gentleman (forget his name unfortunately), came away happy with our decision and excited to see their ideas in ~3 days. Meeting with him in person was definitely a positive experience. Unfortunately that’s the end of the positive experience. We never heard from Midwest Wraps proactively again, although we did call back twice to politely request an update.
