very helpful and great service
I ordered 5 pairs of carhartt gloves, shipping was $2 per glove, then I got a call, they could only ship one pair of gloves. The gloves cost $9, but then they charge over $9 to ship the gloves, and included a heavy carhartt catalogue that I threw away. I contacted them with questions about the shipping cost but they would not adjust. I would never have completed the order if they had told me they were going to charge so much for the shipping. Poor customer service, would never use them again
My husband and I went here to buy coveralls just before closing and had no issues the employees were helpful and helped us find what we needed. There is not much women's Carhartt here but if you don't mind wearing some of the mens outerwear you can find it here
The worst customer service I've ever seen from a company. Very dissapointed. Poor management.
