We've been taking our fur babies to these guys for about 15 years...love the way they care about my babies!
Dr.Troy Acree is a wonderful vet I love this vet office he also saved my female Maltese when she was younger
I could just not imagine going anywhere else. The staff is amazing with all my fur babies. They always truly listen to my concerns and do the best they possibly can to get my cats and dogs feeling better again. I have always felt they went above and beyond to provide exceptional care to my animals. Dr. Troy is my normal vet, but I have seen all of them over the last 23 years. They all have their own style, but all do an excellent job providing care for my animals.
We drive from Norman to see our Dr. Troy. He takes great care of my Maltese!
The customer service is horrible. The receptionists need to learn manners. For one I had to call back a few times because I would sit on hold forever. Then when I finally got someone to talk to me she was rude. The woman that answered said her name was Peggy. I was just asking some questions and she flat out gave me attitude. She acted as though I was bothering her. She said I have been here for 3 years that is how it is done here in a real snotty tone.
