Very caring. My animals love everyone. First time cats did not stress out when boarded. My dog was so happy he did not want to come home.
Been coming here for almost 25 years! Dr. Troy has always been kind and helpful and has tackled some crazy cases with our cats and dogs! We have always felt confident that everything that could be done was done in order to keep our guys healthy! Staff is caring and compassionate as well!
I have been coming here since I moved to MWC in 2006. I absolutely love Dr. T and Dr. Troy! They each take their time with me and never rush. The wait time on the phone is sometimes long but they are a busy practice. I can't remember the vets name that took care of Yoshetta when I had to let her go, but he was also great. The receptionist have always been kind but I have to give a special thanks to Peggy. I have never had anything but excellent service/care for my Mastiff and Lab. This is a busy office, well managed by a competent, friendly office staff. All the Dr's we have seen are thorough in diagnostic treatment. The pricing is fair and reasonable. Midwest Veterinary Hospitals' passionate care for each animal is shown through compassion and kindness!
We've had nothing but amazing experiences here! I took my pups to another vet clinic in town when I first moved here, and I hated it! I was just about ready to drive all the way back to Stillwater for vet appointments, then I found this place! The vet we were able to get in with actually went to school at the same time as me at OSU, and our pups would play together at the dog park. Our boy got into a scuffle at the dog park, and ended up with what turned out to be a nasty blood blister. We were impressed with the attitude of the techs. From watching them interact with patients and worried owners, it was clear they care. Prices seemed reasonable, not dirt cheap but cheap compared to the quality of care. Hopefully we won't have to go back, but if w do I know our boy is in good hands.
