This place is absolutely a joke, they use to be pretty good, but have went down hill bad, they say they are taking on new patients, but they can't even take care of the ones they already have!!! Not sure why Josh left bet it was the right move for him!!!! Patients beware, find a different place to go!!!
Had appt several months ago but absolutely will not return. .upon walking in mentioned you guys are hard to find and receptionist gave attitude right away "well we've been here 17 years" and appt at 8:00 then NP came in around 8:30 and looked at my urinalysis and stated think you have bladder cancer without any further testing and gave me a prescription not even able to take as I'm anemic which I'd mentioned so do yourself a favor and drive to Bloomington or Canton - anywhere. I've used Dr. Banno for filler on more than one occasion. I've had zero issues with the office, procedure and product used. Everyone was super cool and made me feel comfortable. Especially having the type of procedure being done. It's like night and day at home. .... Guys do this. Your wife or partner will be sending Dr. Banno thank you cards in the mail. Drove almost 3 hours. Will absolutely go back.
