Wonderful service. My truck wouldn't start recently. The first person my insurer sent out tested he battery, said it was fine so it's probably the starter motor. A tow was arranged for the next day. The driver from Midwest asked if he could check things out first. He jumped my truck and it startd right away. He told me to let it run for about 45 min. After a miscommunication, I personally want to thank the owner Jeff Jackson for helping get matters resolved with me. I've always had positive experiences with Midwest Towing and they have always been the towing company I've gone through and they are the towing company my insurance uses when towing my vehicles and I think they have personally seen each the Subarus I have ever owned. They always show up ahead of the ETA and are always super nice and extremely helpful. Huge thank you to everyone working for Midwest Towing.
Claimed to have shown up one more time after getting the address WRONG & then LIED about knocking on my door/ringing the doorbell. Worst company ever. Worst service EVER. Call anybody else, just don't call this JOKE of a company.
