called AAA, they came out, but would not tow car. Had to wait for AAA to get another towing company. They should loose AAA contract. NOT HAPPY

Jeff was dispatched this morning to tow my car. Jeff was extremely nice, funny, empathetic, and very efficient. It was quite obvious that Jeff knew exactly what he was doing and respected the importance of getting an individuals car towed & the customer on their way to work. I will use AND recommend Midwest Towing and you have Jeff to thank for that. QUALITY employee who deserves to be treated and compensated as such!
