My daughter had surgery at MSH yesterday. Because of her multiple issues, we’ve been to many hospitals. MSH was by far the best! Everyone was very helpful and friendly, never made her feel bad for asking the same questions, treated our family so nicely, and made the whole process as stress-free as possible. We had the greatest anesthesiologist- Heather. She was so reassuring that my daughter happily walked down the hall with her despite being nervous. My 6 month old had tubes put in her ears this morning and every single person that we came in contact with were absolutely amazing. Amazing team working together to take great care of their patients.
I've come here twice for back surgery. The staff and level of care is supreme!
My husband just had a procedure done there earlier today. Second time we have been there. Both times we were treated wonderfully by courteous staff and caring nurses. They were organized, skilled, and moved things along quickly, but without making us feel rushed or unimportant. I cannot tell you how much of a difference it makes to have a good experience like this at a stressful and scary time. Your people are amazing, kind, friendly, and very good at what they do. The staff and doctors at MidWest Surgical Hospital are FANTASTIC!!! They are all so caring and friendly!! I just can't say enough about the care I received there! Wonderful, wonderful people from the doctors, to the nurses, to even the kitchen staff, and everyone else - - they all go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, cared for, and that you are the only one being taken care of there (when you KNOW you aren't!)!!
