Matt refused to even look at my small siding replacement project...POOR customer service!!

Mr. Spencer failed to mention a few facts. Matt promptly returned the initial phone call from Mr. Spencer (many “contractors” are not even returning phone calls). During the conversation Mr. Spencer revealed the fact that this project was a “fix” on a project performed by another contractor. Mr. Spencer informed Matt that he already had the material and just needed help with labor. Midwest siding and windows did a good job installing my windows and they’re very easy to deal with.
Very pleased with our new windows! Matt was very easy to work with and had great communication with us. The installer did a great job as well. We will definitely be using them again and we recommend them to everyone.
After strong winds ripped a large potion of siding off our house the day before Thanksgiving we called a couple local recommendations. Midwest was the only company which returned our call and came out to assess the damage that week. Due to weather and wind it took some time for them to work us into their schedule however they finished the job within two days and it looks great. We no longer look like we were hit my a tornado! Thanks Midwest!

He scheduled an estimate appointment and arrived that day on time. Walked me through the entire job and was prompt with his online estimate.
