Unfortunately, I have had a disappointing experience with Midwest Roofing Company, Inc. They completed my roof installation, and unfortunately, I have had many issues with it since, and getting a hold of them to resolve this matter has proved to be very difficult. BEWARE !!!!! I had a very disappointing experience with Midwest Roofing Company, Inc. They gave me false promises — telling me one thing and then later changing it without making any real attempt to resolve the situation. I invested a significant amount of money with them, and when issues came up, the customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. The lack of accountability and support was extremely frustrating. Midwest was the best. I was terribly nervous about the entire process as a nervous person but before I knew it, the roof was done and BEAUTIFUL. Never would have known anyone was here as far as cleanliness and work. They were on time, quiet as possible and respectful. Thank you!! I won't hesitate to recommend Midwest to anyone!!
