It took this company 5 trips to our house to deliver a hospital bed and pick it up. We never received a call to schedule a time to deliver the bed, they just showed up. Had to reschedule the drop off because we needed to rearrange the room. My brother passed away right before midnight on the 25th. On the 26th with no notice they showed up at 2:00pm to pickup the bed. I was not home and explained to the man on the phone that he needed to schedule a pickup time and not just show up. We are here on a vacation at Big Cedar and the hospice was supposed to have arranged our oxygen and wheelchair. Some mixup, and wrong address issues, we ended up getting these delivered at 10 o'clock at night, way down the winding road into Big Cedar property. I forgot the delivery drivers name, but we are so thankful he made this unfamiliar trip, late at night, so my husband could be comfortable. He was kind and professional. This service was much appreciated.
