I used to have a 5 star review, but I'm afraid I have to change that to 1 star. Repeatedly this office has called in my prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy. Multiple times and each time I'm either blamed for not updating my preferred pharmacy (even though they call in to pharmacies that have NEVER been my preferred pharmacy) or I'm given a feeble sorry. If they were sorry, they would fix the problem. If I had this many HIPAA violations in my job, I'd be fired. This is unacceptable and I'm tired of it. I'm looking for a new d... read more
