The physicians, physicians assistants, and nursing staff are excellent! They are genuinely concerned about me and my health and go above and beyond to assure I am well cared for. I honestly feel like I am an extension of their families.
MRH is the only group of General Health Offices. I have been a patient for over 10 years. I can call and get an appointment quickly if needed the same day. I have seen most of the Doctors in this practice. I trust all of them. I have numerous health concerns and I feel good seeing any of the Doctors when Dr. B. is not available. The Physicians are down to earth and caring. They listen to you and make a treatment plan that helps you. The front desk is organized and efficient. Their nurses are comforting and very helpful from the time they call you in, to the end of your appointment. The physician my wife saw even called to follow up with her, now that is caring service! Thank you Midwest Regional Health Services, you stand out from the crowd!
I've been seeing Dr. Blad for almost 10 years and he is awesome. I really appreciate his brutal honesty and that he holds me accountable. Some day I'll have his energy.
