The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced on a personal or business level. Was it because I am a female? I started thinking that. I can't imagine they would have the business or ratings they have if they treated all their customers (mainly men) they way I was treated. I run a non-profit that feeds the hungry and helps the poor, needless to say we don't have a lot of money to throw around, but we needed our walk-in freezer fixed ASAP.
