Friday night . Holiday weekend. And the pool is closed at 4:30. Poor planning ! So.. it will be closed Sunday and the 4th of July because theres no one on premise. This is a real good example of customer abuse, except we are the tenants! Sorry. Just telling the truth. Poor planning !
My 93 mothers lives on the second floor of a property in Sheboygan managed by Midwest Real Estate. For over two weeks, the only elevator in her building has been out of order. My mother cannot walk up and down stairs any longer even with assistance. She, as well as other seniors living on the 2nd floor, are essentially trapped in their apartments until Midwest gets around to fixing the elevator. The condominium I live in in Fond du Lac Wisconsin, built by Midwest Real Estate, has flooded three times because of poor placement and planning on the part of the developers. They ignored requests to find a solution and are building more condos on this same parcel of land. The problem has cost me more than $40,000 in losses.
Midwest Real Estate Development Co., Inc. manages several apartment complexes in Wisconsin under the name Midwest Realty Management. Their apartment complexes are perfectly fine if you need an inexpensive place to live, which is the main draw of their apartments. However, if you are expecting a company that cares about you as a tenant and is willing to treat you with respect once the lease is signed, you are better off spending a little more for a higher class of apartments.

We care very deeply about providing great customer service and consistency with our tenants. We have lease rules and policies in place. We work very hard to assist everyone within the guidelines provided for us. If a lease provision is broken or not followed at no fault of Midwest Realty Management, Inc. we are unable to make exceptions for one person that we could not make for another.
