Rented here for a year. At first it was okay, besides the fact that the apartment wasn’t cleaned at all, there was dog hair and stains all over the place. Then we get to the fall and winter and our electric bill is near 200$ because none of the windows are sealed correctly, there are gaps and air leaks everywhere. The stairwell window freezes with ice when it’s cold, the door at the bottom of the suitcase lets in snow. The neighbors are horrible and have a dog that barks nonstop. I've lived here for a year now, and personally I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Not only is the apartment I live in improperly sealed and the house it tilting, the management office itself is rude, uncommunicative, and just down right difficult. You might as well rent from middletown.

Beyond the worst landlord to deal with!! That’s the nicest thing I have to say. They do not care about you or anything with your property! There is no Dropbox so you have to go into the office just to pay your rent. They are only open certain hours. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone either. If you’re looking for a landlord to care… they are not that. This place is such a financial set back, RUN!!!!

I went to a showing at one of these apartments in Anderson, which look nice on the inside but are very dirty on the outside. As I was entering the building, I saw a bed in front of the apartment door with a lot of bed bugs. I asked the lady if they had bed bugs, and she said no, but she lied. Luckily, I didn't put down a deposit. Don't rent here unless you want to live with bed bugs and with a dirty environment.
