The primary contact at the office is very friendly and professional, but never returns calls. You have to catch him answering the phone to talk to him. The company tried getting us into 2 different properties, without success. We were told if they couldn’t get us into one, we would get a refund on our application fees. I have sent an email and left messages within the last couple of weeks, but have heard nothing back.
THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY!! but deliver no result. My credit was never run by this company. It’s nowhere in my report. Very horrible with communication. I applied for a house and was told “the owner hasn’t gotten back to us about your application” I did research and found the owner and the owner knows nothing about my application. I was told my application would be transferred to another “owner” of another “property “ and that was way back in November. I’ve heard nothing. Never called or emailed back in regards to an application on a rental property
We recently had the opportunity to talk with Dan about managing a rental property. We found Dan to be very responsive and knowledgeable of the Columbia market. Both Dan and Fred were great.
