Living next door to one of your properties on the NE side of town. McCarty does a horrible job of keeping the lawn cut and maintained!! Weeds over 12" high, attracting mice and snakes! Being reported for violating the weed ordinance did not seem to matter!! Not a good look at all!!
I moved here 2 1/2 yrs ago and McCarty has worked well with me in providing a home. Thanks McCarty!

I would definitely recommend McCarty Property Investments. The property I rent is well maintained and very nice. I have had very few maintenance needs however when I have needed to call they are very responsive and quickly address the repair. This is by far the best experience I have had with a rental.
I would recommend McCarty Property Investments to anyone. I have been with them for 7 years and have had no issues. They are good about fixing things quick and I have never had problems getting a hold of someone. I plan on being here for many more years!
