Just a shout out to Midwest Products Customer service. I recently purchased the Aero-Stand 810 from my LHS. last night I opened the box to discover the hardware bag was missing. A quick call this morning to the 1-800 number to report the issue. The Midwest reply, we are sorry about that, what address should we mail the parts to. no questions, no proof of purchase, just excellent customer service.
Apparently this company cares nothing for customer service. Getting in touch with these people is extremely difficult. Even after speaking with a sales manager who apologized to me, they still did not call me. As Trump says. "You are fired" You have been fired by a retailer.
Love the cutters but hated trying to replace the blade. The metal sleeve for the bolt was nearly impossible to get out to replace the blade. And getting back in was just about as much fun. Are new sleeves available as mine did get a bit ground up trying to get it in and out. Love using it to cut my picture framing material for my miniatures. Just not happy with blade changing. Any suggestions?
