Unbelievable that this company is allowed to sell on Amazon with 8 percent negative reviews in June. They have neither sent a replacement item nor refunded me for an item received damaged. Has now gone to an A to Z claim.
I ordered a bunch of balsa sticks for my daughters tower building and they sent me an wood which has an density 3 times what balsa wood will have and I realized after using 1 stick and I contacted the customer service regarding this they are very arrogant and they do not want to accept that and they cannot accept returns as a loose bundle and even it is there fault they charge 10% restocking fee and you have to pay the return charge(in case if you are returning full pack).I advice think twice before buying wood from Midwest.... read more
