Took my toro zero turn mower to them on 4/12/18 for routine maintenance (blades, belts, fluids, tune up). Was told they were 2 1/2 to 3 weeks behind. 3 weeks later I called and was told they were 3 weeks behind. Stopped in person 3 weeks later and was told the same 3 weeks again. On 6/26/18 they did deliver the mower to me. I wish they would have told me up front how long it would have been then I could have made a decision to leave it or go elsewhere. Just don’t lie to me.

They were really patient with me and worked with me (a person whose mechanical ability is really poor) until we got the right gas cap that fit my mower. Service people were knowledgeable, polite and professional!!! Great experience!!
