Midwest is absolutely the best from sales to service. My brother had bought a Toro Titan last year and he has been blown away by its performance and quality. So this year I decided to get a bigger and better mower then my old Husqvarna Zero Turn and went with the Toro 2000 series 60" Zero Turn. What a time for my snowblower to break! We’re right in the middle of a blizzard and Midwest Power Equipment got me in immediately and had me up and running in a couple of hours! What’s better, they didn’t even charge me because I still had a warranty on the snowblower that I didn’t even know I had. Honest service is so hard to find these days. I’m highly impressed and will be coming back for all of my small-engine equipment needs. A+++ service! Thank you!

This place is awesome from customer service to great deals on equipment. COMPLAINt---you brought my ZERO TURN " you "JOn" that worked on it---just to chg. the blades I provided a,d fix the tube for oil chg. back empty- without the oil>filled, GAS filled all empty and looks like its been threw a field an left too the animals! NO THANKS your service was terrible! And you blame the customer? A female at that---nice goin'
