We decided to get a semi inground pool last year and went Midwest Pools as they had done our neighbors pool. We met with **** (owner) and signed contract and paid in full in 6/2024. We were told should start in 10/2024. We did not hear anything in 10/2024 so we text on 11/7/24 and was told they were running behind due to changing a few crews and as soon as ****** (in office) called Okie we would be 2 weeks out. Bought a tarp with a 8 year warranty from them for our pool and it lasted 1.5 years. They will not honor the warranty so consumers beware. ALSO, they were to OPEN our pool but their idea of opening a pool and ours is definitely different. WE expected it to be ready to swim but THEY only put in chemicals, put pump in, and our steps. These covers are manufactured by a third party, and all warranties must be processed directly between the customer and the manufacturer. Had a pool company sell us a pool, and take half of our money upfront. All was well, until we went to get an update and never could get ahold of them. Come to find out they took our money and disappeared. We contacted Midwest Pools and they went above and beyond and took care of us now we are enjoying an absolutely beautiful custom gunite pool.
This company has heart. From John the sales person to the guys that worked in 100 degree weather and got the job done. We feel like it was meant to be working with MidWest Pools, they are fair and professional. We have a beautiful pool for half the price all the other companies quoted. Do your self a favor if you want a pool call MidWest Pools.
