Drs were very thorough and I feel an accurate diagnosis was given. Everyone you deal with there is polite and nice to work with.
This was my very first visit.. The customer service was very helpful and polite.
I broke my wrist & Dr Mark Cohen performed the surgery. Dr Cohen was great, he explained everything to me and he made me feel like he cared. He took the time with me & I didn't feel rushed. Great doctor!!
Yesterday, while heading to an appointment, a semi rolled over on the highway in front of me & caught fire. I called to let the office know I was going to be 15 minutes late because of traffic and detours, and I was told they spoke to the doctor and he was refusing to see me. I hesitate to write this review because I 100% understand their policy for late patients. I know what it's like to have people not respect my time. If you are ever in need of a great ortho, Dr. Charles Bush Joseph is the one you want to see, along with his PA, Travis. When they say, your appointment is at 8:00 am, they mean 8:00 am. I've had two appointments since my January surgery and they have never made wait. Plus, I get all my concern addressed. Not to mentioned that my recovery for my medial torn meniscus is working out well.

I am so glad I chose Rush and Dr Lee as my doctor. Aside from the pain I experience during my healing process I could not be more than grateful for the treatment that I have experienced with the doctor Lee and all the staff. Thank you to Bridgett my doctors assistant and to Lauren the PA I have seen in my visits. I recommend Rush .
