After having a bad injury to my knee AND getting an MRI and several X-rays locally, I was told my knee was just bruised.. 5 days later I went to Rush Munster, and had the same tests AND was told I had shredded my meniscus, the bone at my knee was fractured and I had a vascular necrosis ( my bone was dying) SO.... why would ANYONE go anywhere but Rush???? Dr. DellaValle is a fantastic Surgeon! His group of residents are kind, concerned, and capable. I have had 2 joint replacements with him as my surgeon and consider him to be a driving force in the field of Orthopedic medicine. Also, I have never ever had a problem with front desk staff telling me to go home or dr. cannot see me. Always been told “just get here safely”..
