I was able to get an appointment the next week for consultation. The whole process took 49 minutes from checking in, x rays and evaluation from the doctor. Dr Nickless was friendly and professional. He asked and answered pertinent questions and explained and reviewed the x rays with my husband and me. He gave his recommendation for a surgeon and respected our wish to be treated at a local hospital and local therapy. They are the most professional & caring team of Doctors who listen to your problems & deliver top notch care
I had a total hip replacement by Dr Nam and it was an amazing experience. I had very little to no pain and 2 weeks after was walking unassisted. I’m 3 weeks out today and going back to the gym. I think he did a fantastic job!!!!
Excellent experience. Very organized. On time. And very professional. I absolutely loved how the doctor and his assistant were so easy to talk to and really listened and treated me like they care. I would definitely recommend this place.
I followed Dr. Lotus to Rush from his private practice (after months of PT and treatment elsewhere that wasn't doing any good) and it was the best decision I could've made for my L5-S1 disc herniation (causing debilitating sciatic pain in my left leg). If it weren't for his encouragement, patience and overall positivity, I would likely have opted for surgery (which for me was not an ideal scenario).
