A clean and well kept place. Everyone I encountered was nice and super helpful. They have good staffing, didn't wait very long. Everyone clarified vital info and I was little nervous being self pay but those who knew I was, seemed understanding/ empathetic. I am also a healthcare worker, Thank you for what you do.
The walk in clinic is an invaluable resource that is offered to the community to help those with known bone and/or joint issues and allows the patient to skip a lengthy ER visit just to get a referral back to Midwest in the first place. Dr Roberts is always professional and kind with an amazing bed/tableside manner and precise in his treatments including his injections. Highly recommend this doctor AND the facility.
Exceptional service. Friendly and helpful staff. Radiology technician was patient and kind. Check in was seamless. Dr. Roberts took time to explain the reason for my symptoms and to set up a treatment plan. I highly recommend to anyone needing orthopedic services.
