I just finished the 6 week program with Maddy as my trainer and am amazed at how well I feel. I have more energy, I am sleeping better and my mood is much more positive. I am excited to continue with a membership to the gym and use the knowledge I received from working with Maddy to improve even more.
I came up to Muncie to visit my daughter at Ball State. Bought a 3-day pass. Best gym I've been in for 20 years. This is a "real" gym for people who are serious about fitness. All the best equipment and well-maintained. Stuff you don't typically find at the chain gyms. Friendly staff, and great vibe.
I’ve been a member now for two weeks and I’m absolutely loving it. Love the 24/7 access, variety of strength training options, and the overall feel of the gym. It seems like a wide range of experience levels too - beginners appear to get a lot of support from the trainers. I’m looking forward to warm day workouts with the large doors open.

I love the atmosphere and the vibe at Midwest Muscle. I've been working out here for about 5ish months and it's been great! Would absolutely recommend if your looking for a gym in Muncie.
