As a person who has never done weight lifting, this gym and the people are incredible. They have every thing you need and then some. I joined their 6 week challenge and the support is unmeasurable. There is no intimidation. Only positive interactions. I can’t say enough good things about this gym. This truly is a community and I’m proud to be a part of it.

10/10, 100/100, perfect, whatever you wanna call it, it’s Midwest Muscle. Friendly people all around and all on a journey to better themselves. This gym is equipped with a personal sauna, tanning room, machines and free weights. Much like many other gyms, there are trainers available if you want to really push yourself. I just finished the 6 week program with Maddy as my trainer and am amazed at how well I feel. I have more energy, I am sleeping better and my mood is much more positive. I am excited to continue with a membership to the gym and use the knowledge I received from working with Maddy to improve even more.
