No one knows where the shipping office is. Pick-up may take a while if the product isn't ready.
I have a kennel, and use MidWest iCrates, as well as recommend them to my puppy buyers. I'm done! Crate pans are cheap, break in a matter of months! I have older ones with the original pans, and new pans that haven't lasted four months! Had a puppy family contact me yesterday, they have the same problem. Save your money!
